When you get the opportunity ask Mr. Culver about the City of Salisbury attempting to modify the fire service agreement. I understand that is what they are attempting to do.
I see where SFD is trying to create their own Fire Marshalls office. It's in the city's new budget. As a contractor that does work in Salisbury occasionally this is a bad move. Look into this Joe.

Even in kindergarten, everyone learns that nobody likes a tattletale. BTW, most moving violations can't be ticketed unless personally witnessed by the officer. The only thing you do get a reputation as a snitch.
1:33 I know right? People cry poor mouth on here but line up to expensive donuts because it's the new place in town. Give it 6 months- a year and the service will be just a crappy as most other places in town.
