Apparently the City will get less than half of the amount that the joint study said it should be getting from the County.
Coming from the House's Crown Prince of Devisiveness, this is no shock.
I remember when the meeting was over it was reported Cummings made that statement. Why is Cummings just now denying it? Is it because he needs that Federal money for MD / Baltimore that will be taken away because he wants MD to be a sanctuary state.
