Suspect # 1: Carl Lee Conaway, 58 year old male, Salisbury, MD
Suspect # 2: Aretha Yvette Conaway, 49 year old female, Salisbury, MD
Suspect # 3: Mark Andre English, 53 year old male, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: In February 2017 the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) began an investigation into the distribution of controlled dangerous substances from 6306 Westbrooke Drive Salisbury, Maryland. As a result of this investigation, deputies obtained a search and seizure warrant for the residence.
On March 3, 2017, members of the Community Action Team (CAT), assisted by members of the Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team (SERT), and the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) executed the search and seizure warrant at the residence. A search of the residence revealed evidence of the manufacturing of crack cocaine. An amount of crack cocaine was also located that would be indicative of the distribution of the same. Additional drug related evidence was recovered from the residence. Ammunition was also located in the residence. All three occupants of the residence are prohibited from possessing such ammunition.
On March 13, 2017, all three occupants were located and arrested and charged with numerous drug offenses.
Charges: Manufacturing controlled dangerous substance: narcotic, Possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substance: narcotic, possession of ammunition by persons prohibited, and related charges.
