Since the massive influx of migrants to Germany–namely from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Eritrea–experts are saying that only a small fraction of them have found employment, and mostly for temporary contracts.
According to the German government’s Institute for Labour Research (IAB), a mere three percent of migrants who are seeking asylum in Germany have managed to find work, reports the DailyMail.com.

They don't want jobs. They are waiting to get transportation to the US where they will not have to work. They will have to do nothing and get $18,000 + a year while trying to destroy the American way of life.
OC Government probably has recruiters stationed in Germany now in order to deal with their non-union employees.
