Insurers Not So Sure Smart Gadgets Make Your Home Any Safer

The insurance industry seems to have a love-hate relationship with smart gadgets: auto insurers want drivers to use tracking technology so they can offer more personalized rates (something many drivers don’t want), but home insurance companies aren’t likely to give homeowners with internet-connected safety systems a break on their bills.

You know what makes your home safeer? A dog and a gun. Of course now their going to shoot your dog if he barks or moves and if you live in the socialist state of Maryland they are going to eventually take your guns.

the dog and the guns are still the effective way to go. If my dog barks and a person is in my home , he is dead. If my dog dies from this act of entry , this guy or girl will wish for death for hours.

Sales pitches are what they are - coming from SALES PEOPLE!!!!! Their job - sell you anything so they can make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

Buyer always beware! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

These gadgets make you more vulnerable to crime, con-artist and you give up your privacy. People need to get smart and use "CS", common sense instead of a look what I have mentality.
