Absolutely RACIST of course the racist will not agree, How ever We know the racist their very language to Black people when they pick them calling them NIGGERS and other names in reference to race. They make up lies and when they say lets go have some fun they are referencing going to the black community an lock up or in some cases beat up Black people.

Rather the racism is systematic or not it still racist and that even makes it worst because the racist that put the system in place allows the racist to carry out his racist motives without any fear of being reprimanded.

11:50 you don't accidentally kill a man. You can accidentally shot a man purposely and call it a mistake or the easy way out I FEARED FOR MY LIFE.

Not all cops, of course, but certainly more than just a few "bad apples".
And more importantly, the system itself upholds the racist structures of our society. Good people can be part of bad things.

The video abov, while very well presented, is mostly for people who already believe black people to be "criminally" inclined to pat themselves on the back and go on about their daily lives, without having to come to terms with the legacy of slavery, Jim Crow, and the war on drugs.
