Hey 6:48, here's your chance. The home is on an island called Dunbar Rock in Honduras. It’s currently for sale for $1,700,000.

That's not bad, if I sell the FL house and the MD house I could buy it cash.

Good luck getting emergency services to your house! Better have good security. Looks like it is waiting to be invaded and robbed! I'm sure it is a pain to also get supplies and groceries. have to take a boat to the mainland, and then have a car parked there and hope it also doesn't get vandalized or stolen!

Emergency services? For what? Ran out of rum? You sound like one of those people that rely on the government to take care of everything for you or maybe just not financially able to comprehend how the upper class lives. We own 2 homes outside of the US and have never had any problems with being secure. One of our homes in WICO has been broken into twice. Cars are broken into and stolen in SBY all the time.

All issues you mentioned are the responsibility of your staff. Your worries are few. Being rich in a dirt-poor country has it's perks

you're forgetting you still have to pay off the mortgages on those two. And it's 1.7 million, not 1,700
