Law, Randall
Incident: Most Wanted Apprehension
Date of Incident: 1 August 2016
Location: Martinsburg, WV
Suspect: Randall Lee Law Jr., 34, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 1 August 2016 a deputy traveled to Martinsburg, WV for the purpose of extraditing Randall Lee Law back to Wicomico County. Authorities there took Law into custody on an arrest warrant that was issued back in April of this year.
It was alleged that Law had stolen jewelry and a handgun from a residence in Willards. It was further alleged that Law also took an ATM from the same residence and made unauthorized cash withdrawals. Following the issuance of the warrant, Law absconded from Wicomico County before he could be apprehended. Law was profiled as one of Wicomico’s Most Wanted and a tip through Crime Solvers allowed authorities to catch up with him in West Virginia.
Law was taken in front of the District Court Commissioner and detained on a bond of $5,000.00 in the Detention Center.
Charges: Theft under $1,000.00, Theft of a Firearm, Theft Scheme.

Jones, Bruce
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 3 August 2016
Location: 4000 block of S. Brown Street, Fruitland, MD
Suspect: Bruce L. Jones, 35, Laurel DE
Narrative: On 3 August 2016 a deputy arrested Bruce Jones following an allegation that Jones violated the terms of a peace order and struck subjects with the vehicle he was driving. According to the victims in the case, Jones had been repeatedly driving by the victims in the location several times a day making a hand gesture using only one finger. Due to the perceived harassment, a Peace Order was obtained and served on Jones that barred him from making contact and engaging in this type of behavior.
Just prior to Jones’ arrest, it was alleged that he was driving through this same area, causing a disturbance and actually drove off road and struck two individuals in what was perceived as an intentional act.
None of the individuals struck received serious injuries.
Upon arrest, the deputy transported Jones to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Jones in the Detention Center in lieu of $100,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Failure to Comply with a Peace Order, Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Injury Accident.

Keichline, North, Lawler
Incident: Burglary
Date of Incident: 4 August 2016
Location: 28000 block of Beddington Way, Salisbury, MD
Suspect:
David A. Keichline, 50, Smyrna, DE
Albert K. North, 33, Wilmington, DE
Rebecca L. Lawler, 39, Newark, DE
Narrative: On 4 August 2016 at 10 PM, a deputy arrived at a supposedly vacant residence in the 28000 block of Beddington Way in Salisbury. The house was vacant due to a foreclosure and no one was supposed to be living there. Upon arrival the deputy observed a vehicle in the driveway, lights on inside and the windows obscured preventing the deputy from seeing the interior. Upon knocking on the door, the deputy was greeted by David Keichline. Upon entry into the house, the deputy located Albert North and Rebecca Lawler also.
The deputy observed that there was no furniture or appliances inside the residence and that these subjects were using air mattresses in the bedrooms. It was further discovered that these subjects were coming and going utilizing an unlocked garage door.
All three subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released all three on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Burglary 4th Degree.

Narrative: During the month of July 2016, the following individuals were arrested on Child Support Bench Warrants:

Kevin Price, 35, Salisbury, MD
Gregory Brown, 29, Delmar, MD
Tyrone Anderson, 37, Pittsville, MD

Brian Cooper, 49, Delmar, MD
Charges: Child Support Non-Compliance.

Morley, John
Incident: Wanted Fugitive
Date of Incident: 4 August 2016
Location: 28000 block of Beddington Way, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: John J. Morley, 43, Newark, DE
Narrative: On 4 August 2016 at 11:45 PM while deputies were investigating a burglary to a vacant residence in the 28000 block of Beddington Way, a subject later identified as John Morley drove up to the residence but drove off upon seeing the deputies. Believing he was associated with the individuals located inside the residence, a deputy stopped Morley as part of the investigation and discovered an open warrant for Morley’s arrest.
Morley had been sought by the Elkton, MD Police since 2009 on an arrest warrant that was issued following a shoplifting at a Wal-Mart Store where Morley reportedly stole merchandise valued over $800.00.
Morley was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Morley on a bond of $3,000.00.
Charges: Theft under $1,000.00

Jesus. A peace order issued over a middle finger and driving by. Lmao. Petty as hell! And I bet the hitting these people with a car is bull! Probably the only way to get the order was to lie! This smells like false allegations as usual when it comes to commissioners and peace orders!
