Goodson Opts For Bench Trial; Opening Statements Scheduled For Thursday

A judge will decide the case of Officer Caesar Goodson, the driver of the transport van that carried Freddie Gray.

Goodson is charged with second degree murder depraved heart and six other offenses in connection with Gray's death.

Goodson, 46, opted for the bench trial over a jury trial this morning at the start of a pre-trial motions hearing.

This means Judge Barry Williams will decide this case.

Last month, it was Williams who found Officer Edward Nero not guilty of all charges, after he chose a bench trial.

Of course you know there will be no charges and everything will be dropped...

You have cops call dogs over to them as if they want to be friendly with the dog, and then they shoot them, saying I was scared, well how the fuck can you be scared if you called the dog to you???? No charges for cops like that...

The cops who do this for fun and think you can get away with anything, while you may under this corrupt systems, you will not by god and the people whom you are doing this to... When SHTF you will see quick fast and in a hurry, what you have done and when you are being hunted like rats, and taken out by the masses who you did this too, no one can save you... Just like no one can save the people you do this too...

The cops would actually have to be guilty of something to be convicted, Thankfully they did nothing wrong in this case.

9:31: WTF! The cops were all charged! (6 of them) There have been two trials now. This will be the third. Cops get "due process" when charged with crimes, just like everybody else. Take off your anti-cop, BLM racist blinders and quit spitting drivel. People like you ARE the enemy of cops, and people like you actually deserve what you get.

Instead of making crap up and being so general, put a name on it. Who, what, when, where? Facts might give your story some strength of truth - Otherwise you're just an anti-police moron, probably somebody that couldn't pass the academy or get hired by a local department.
