PNC Bank vs. Tom Ruark for debts owed?

Anonymous said...

If you people did your research, you would know that TOM RUARK owned these properties, he has since went under or had his loans called in on him or what ever the terminology is, he was unable to pay it and well now you see both properties as they are in the pictures... So maybe, just maybe the city or county took ownership of these properties...

How the mighty have fallen -- thanks to Obama!

This predated Obama, but he sure didn't help. Ruark's business was slipping all the way back to before 2004. Dunn's pipstem annexation and the development on the Dunn property was supposed to bail him out. It didn't.
