Effective on 2-15-2016 at 0900 hours all vehicles on the roadway must be equipped with snow chains or snow tires on both driving wheels of motor vehicles. In addition, a parking ban is imposed on all snow emergency routes in the County.
A press release will be sent out advising when the snow emergency plan has been lifted. Questions should be addressed to the Maryland State Police Barrack in Berlin at 410-641-3101.

According to WBOC they are still calling for a rain/snow mix in their forecast!!!!
They need to get out of there comfy offices and walk outside and take a look. Seems like anymore, all I can do is look outside in the morning before leaving for work, because you can't trust their forecasts!
Its a nice light fluffy snow not to wet and sticky brushes off the cars easy thank goodness for that.
At least its not 7 degrees with snow coming like last years presidents day and stayed below 20 degrees for almost the next 2 weeks.
