Apple now plans to make it impossible for the FBI to gather evidence from iPhones

Apple is apparently taking the nuclear option in its war with the FBI — making it impossible for it to comply with future demands for data from law enforcement.

According to new reports published by The Financial Timesand The New York Times, the Cupertino technology giant is introducing new security measures that will make it impossible to access customers' data, both on devices and in the cloud.

Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
This could go all the way to the US Supreme Court

Could you imagine a bank refusing to open a deposit box that was owned by a German spy during WW2 if there was a chance it had info about a future attack? We are at war and Apple should do its part. This country is awl destructing.

Maybe the first dropped bomb will land on Apple. Or maybe some disgruntled employee of Apple goes their like has happened at other businesses and they call for help 911----and no one answers the call. Did 911 not teach them anything, did we create Homeland Security for no reason? Isis is raging war and we need to stick together and that means help anywhere we can get it so innocent lives are not lost like In San Bernadino, how do those families in San Bernandino who lost family members feel about Apple's stupid stand. I say everyone should boycott Apple and let them know we care about lives.

The FBI has already admitted that they are seeking to set a legal precedent. All of your rant is BS.

Apple is a part of the intelligence agencies worldwide.

Maybe you people need to stop and think and quit drinking the government Kool-Aid.

Does the ends justify the means?

So you want to allow some pervert in government to have the right and ability to crack whatever you have and view your private information?

So this guy is a terrorist, what gives the government the right to ignore the 4th amendment and screw all of us?

They have a warrant. It is very much so supported by the constitution. We are in a war. Did you forget that because your US soldiers are doing a great job at keeping us safe. This guy was an enemy soldier on our soil. Which side are you on Mr Coolaide?
