I feel it's the same with the military. Young patriots sign up to protect America and its Constitution only to find out they are being used as pawns for the Big Oil industry and other special interests of the Military Industrial Complex.

When they finally find out, they are discharged on some medical mental excuse and have their 2A rights removed.

Go Army...NOT

This guy is an idiot. There are ways to handle things and there are ways to incite. This guy is so anti-establishment that he ruined any chance he had to win over any judge. Judges today routinely rule in favor of the people over the government. If this guy had an ounce of intelligence he would have been polite and courteous and taken the matter to court with the video as evidence. Or at least just say "I don't wish to speak to you about the matter" and take it to court. Instead he opted to insult them and the establishment. What kind of support do you think he'll get from a judge after his anti-police, anti-government rant? None. He'll get what his mouth bought him. And as far as about his comment police being unintelligent with low I.Q's? It speaks volumes of his disdain for any kind of law enforcement except the enforcement of laws he agrees with. That's called a Republic idiot! Anything else is anarchy. So this guy by default is an anarchist. He will either grow up or go to prison.

This is private property. A community train station. How can they enforce trespassing? No one called to complain. Guys dosent smoke. All this is was a way to run identification. Unconstitutional. Piss on you cop lovers.

It took THREE cops to cite a guy for a crime they made up?
He did NOTHING wrong and still ended up with a revenue contribution to the state?
And some of you say he got what he deserved?
Therein lies the problem.
Keep cheering.

Simple suspicious person investigation. excellent work officers. The guy clearly is an idiot.

Now, just standing in one spot for a few minutes is "suspicious"?
And calling it an "investigation" is about as credible as calling police work something akin to "combat".
Whatever happened to the cops who would have just walked up and said "Hey, whatcha doing? Everything okay?" and acted like you were just standing around, not like you are moments away from a terrorist assault.
Don't roll up on everyone and try to establish a "command presence" with an aggressive, military-tone voice and demeanor. "We, the people" are NOT Iraqi insurgents, you are not in Afghanistan, and you don't outrank any of us.
That chick acted like she was apprehending an Al-Queda operative. Banning him from the property? Really? Because she wanted to f** with someone, MADE UP (lied) a crime, then was insulted because the citizen didn't "respect " her (act like he was afraid).
Only a cop can turn an otherwise benign incident into a three cop parade of testosterone. And believe they did the right thing.
Keep cheering.

you are wasting your breath on these people man. they can't think or understand things on their own. they have to be spoon fed. this used to be a great place to be from, to raise a family, to be part of a community.

I don't know what has happened to this place over the years. The influx of the so called come-heres. The dumbing down of people in general. Laziness. I just don't know.

Everything is mob rule. No individual thoughts or beliefs. Something akin to the 'good-ole-boy' mentality maybe.

Or maybe it has always been like that and I have just opened my eyes to see it as it really is here.

Whatever the reason, whatever the cause, I am not part of it and don't want to be. There are still many good people here but they are drowned out by the squeaky wheels of ignorance.

Just a sad state of affairs.
