BALTIMORE (AP) — A federal grand jury has indicted a man accused of interfering with firefighters during the Baltimore riots earlier this year.

Officials say Gregory Lee Butler Jr., also known as Greg Baly, is charged with obstructing firefighters during a civil disorder and for aiding and abetting arson. He faces up to 25 years in prison.

An indictment against Butler was unsealed late Thursday, and an initial court appearance is set for Monday.
