You have to have a license to drive the truck, if the truck and trailer combo are long enough you have to have a license (Class A), you have to have a license to fly a plane, run a day care and on...and on..., but this idiot can launch his boat and have absolutely no knowledge of the nautical rules of the road etc...HELLO!!! Go sit at a boat ramp one day and just get a book full of stories about these idiots trying to get their boats in the water!
