Two VA Department Heads Demoted, Is It Enough?

The Veterans Affairs Department demoted two of its regional office directors. Kimberly Graves ran the St. Paul, Minnesota office and Diana Rubens ran the Philadelphia office. They’re both accused of manipulating the hiring system to get a bigger paycheck. Both refused to testify before Congress about those allegations at a hearing earlier this month. The VA said Rubens will be the assistant director of Veterans Benefits Administration’s Houston regional office. Graves will be the assistant director of the Phoenix office.

Demoted?
If this were the military, former members of which it allegedly supports, these two would have been defendants in a Courts Martial.
They would have received a prison sentence, Bad Conduct Discharge, and loss of all pay and allowances, in addition to a fine.

Not such nice work, VA. You've again set a lousy example.
