Aaron AllenIncident: Theft

Date of Incident: 13 October 2015

Location: 32000 block of Old Ocean City Road, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Aaron Tyler Allen, 21, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 13 October 2015 at 5:45 PM a deputy arrested Aaron Allen in connection with a theft he reportedly perpetrated back in August. In this incident Allen stands accused of stealing a Snap-On Diagnostic Scanner and selling it at a local pawn shop.

Post arrest Allen was transported to the central Booking unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Allen on Personal Recognizance.

Charges: Theft $1,000.00 to $10,000.00

Amy KellamIncident: Most Wanted Arrest

Date of Incident: 13 October 2015

Location: Wicomico County

Suspect: Amy Beth Kellam, 41, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 13 October 2015 at 6:40 PM Amy Beth Kellam surrendered at the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office. Kellam was being sought on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued back in January 2015 after she failed to appear for a jury trial in the Circuit Court for driving while both suspended and uninsured.

Kellam had been featured as one of Wicomico County’s “Most Wanted” recently on local media outlets.

Kellam was detained without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Charges: Failure to Appear
