Now you know what every other retired person also does.
As funny as this is, my 87 y.o. father and 86 y.o. mother reflect Harold's attitude, minus the booze. My parents and myself will be voting a straight Republican ticket, top to bottom in November, NO exceptions.
1037, please do not ignore the independent candidates. If you know your district will lean R, then contemplate making a showing among your neighbors that Independents are sometimes much more deserving of the job as anyone, and are really a viable choice.
When there becomes a third choice over the old, failed R/D ignorance and a third party comes into contention, there may be a game on.
We can only hope. Vote wisely.
