That's ok, they rob me every month.
They have become just like a 7-11 store. Stop and rob!
Banks used to have armed guards.

They need a police chief that lets their officers be proactive instead of sitting around waiting for crime. Her mentality is that if the officers are proactive and make a lot of arrests, it will make the crime rate go up, but so will not doing anything and having a lawless city.
