The U.S. will move the equipment around the region as needed.
Carter said it will give the U.S. a persistent but agile presence in the area. Carter spoke in Estonia, where he was flanked by counterparts from that country, Latvia and Lithuania.
The other defense chiefs spoke candidly about the threat they perceived from Russia. Earlier this week, Carter announced that U.S. military forces, aircraft and weapons would stand ready to help NATO’s new rapid-reaction force. The U.S. also will work with NATO’s cyber center in Estonia.

Obama is shopping for a war.
That is the dumbest proclamation and misappropriation I can imagine of our tax dollars. The last time we gave weapons to another country they ended up using them against us in the end….Think before you act.
What, no ordnance? Just tanks?
Obama first ordered Septic Tanks, and then realized he misspoke, when a general told him we don't have those. After all, Obama knows absolutely nothing about the army, or anything else for that matter.
why aren't we selling these tanks? if they can't afford them, then too bad. also, who is going to train them? it's just a way for us to send more troops abroad and start another terroristic freedom campaign.
