How come there never is a report on "Drug" arrests?

None of these people were "caught" by the police. They were caught by store security. All the police did was provide taxi service back to the department.

I don't think they do it that way anymore. Im glad of that too! The stores were almost stripped bare of almost everything. Now they release the funds at different times.
