Newspaper celebrates MLB's first amphibious pitcher

Look, everyone is excited about Pat Venditte. But we can't be too busy to fact-check things like "the word for someone who can use both hands equally well."

Yet another milestone that MLB has achieved. Next barrier to fall: baseball's first avian pitcher. BIRD PITCHERS NOW.

Ambidextrous, everyone. It's not just a river in Egypt. [citation needed]

Is his skin moist and cool?

Will the avian pitcher throw for the Orioles?

I'd swear an anchor from wboc wrote that.

OMG, too funny! Still remember the full-page ad for Jean & Ken's that ran in the Daily Times during the Christmas season years ago (early 90's) that stated they had both cut and bald (vs. balled, with the roots in a burlap sack) Christmas trees available. In retrospect, wiah I'd kept a copy.

12:59, "two-image combination" does not mean photoshopped. They could have easily have said, "In the two photos above, pitcher shows his form switching...."

The camera angle does may him look downright double-jointed though!

MLB already had an avian pitcher. Mark 'The Bird' Fidrych.

Did you mean "ambidextrous"instead of "amphibious"?? I certainly hope so! (LOL)!

Pat should sue that newspaper for defecation of character.
