New Castle- Twenty eight people have been arrested following a joint operation initiative targeting prostitution in New Castle County.
The initiative, which was a joint partnership of the Delaware State Police and the New Castle County Police, took place on Thursday, June 11, 2015 and Friday, June 12, 2015, and targeted the areas of DE Rt. 9 (New Castle Avenue) and US Rt. 13 (N. DuPont Highway) in New Castle. These areas were targeted in response to numerous citizen complaints of prostitution and other quality of life crimes that have been occurring and focused on prostitutes and the men who patronized them. During the initiative the following individuals were arrested:
- Nicole McKay, 31, Smyrna, DE. Charges: Prostitution and Criminal Nuisance. Released on $150.00 unsecured bail.
- Ashley Herrera, 27, New Castle, DE (Arrested June 11 and June 12). Charges: Prostitution, Criminal Solicitation, Breach of Release. Released on $1100.00 unsecured bail.
- Crystal Smallwood, 31, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution, Loitering, and Criminal Nuisance. Released on $151.00 unsecured bail.
- Mercedes Cherricks, 22, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution, Loitering, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Nuisance. Released on $1101.00 unsecured bail.
- Kimberley Porter, 31, Delmar, DE. Charges: Prostitution and Criminal Nuisance. Released on $1000.00 unsecured bail.
- Tammy Eidelsburger, 44, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution. Released on $500.00 unsecured bail.
- Cristy Sposato, 36, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution. Released on $500.00 secured bail.
- Lisa Hall, 34, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Prostitution and Criminal Nuisance. Released on $250.00 unsecured bail.
- Katrina Campbell, 37, New Castle, DE. Charges: Prostitution, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy 3rd Degree, Possession of Heroin. Released on $4000.00 unsecured bail.
- Stacey Rodriguez, 47, New Castle, DE. Charges: Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Released on $750.00 cash bail.
- Alfredo Flores-Lopez, 35, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Atef Moursy, 46, Claymont, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Corey Hitchens, 45, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Edgar P. Ramos, 31, West Chester, PA. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Charles Sammartino, 57, Middletown, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Joseph Mignone, 52, Newark, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- William P. Johnson, 51, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Derrick Crawford, 23, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Michael Sullivan, 21, Newark, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Joseph Watson, 39, Wilmington, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Ricardo Vargas, 34, Newark, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Jayson Blauch, 38, Lewes, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Released on $1500.00 unsecured bail.
- Richard Emrick, 48, Townsend, DE. Charges: Patronizing a Prostitute. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.
- Therron Green, Sr., 43, New Castle, DE. Charges: Active warrant for Reckless Endangering 2nd Degree and Menacing as well as being wanted by the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas. Released on $3000.00 unsecured bail.
- Sean Joyce, 39, Middletown, DE. Charges: Violation of a No Contact Order, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, multiple traffic charges. Released on $2050.00 unsecured
- Richard Cosans, 56, Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Charges: Wanted for DUI out of PA. Committed to Howard Young Correctional Institution pending his extradition to Pennsylvania.
- Jaquya Fairley, 26, New Castle Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Walking in the Roadway. Issued a criminal summons to appear at court on a later date and released.

In Las Vegas, well, not IN the city, but anyway, it is legal and very controlled. Each girl has a health check up every 30 days, you must use a condom, and the girls actually enjoy the work. Most civilized nations have realized this is good for the economy and good for all. it provides jobs, taxes, and men can get what their wives won't do.
Its okay everyone 8:51 AM is simply not aware that its called the oldest profession for a reason. And much like any of the personal decisions that are being made illegal there are victims of circumstance. Every person arrested and humiliated for this needs to think about why they vote for people that continue to make personal decisions illegal.

10:50. My friend is an ex "dancer". She said that most if them think the men are disgusting and hate dancing. They only do it for the money. Same with the prostitutes. If you think they enjoy it you are delusional. Also, I think your wife just doesn't want to be subjected to your caveman like sexuality.
