The correctional officers, 29-year-old Tamika Cobb and 28-year-old Kendra Richard, were charged on Wednesday with theft and burglary and are being processed at Central Booking following an investigation. Both were charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary and theft of less than $1,000 value.
The charges come after the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services officers and the Intelligence and Investigative Division detectives received a tip on April 30 about Cobb and Richard allegedly looting.

Thug behavior - from officers sworn to serve and protect. They should be charged, prosecuted, and when convicted (Mosby would be the DA!) - put in jail...where they previously worked!

These two managed to keep their jobs after the jail fired half the guards for working with the gangs after last years news break. Bad thing is every other guard left is just as bad.
