Baltimore officers cleared in 2014 police shooting

BALTIMORE (AP) — A Baltimore Police review board has found that two officers who shot and injured a man who pointed a BB gun at them acted in accordance with department policy.

The report, dated April 6, says Officers Edward Mendez and Jacqueline Fillion’s use of force in the incident last year was “in policy” and no further action was required.

The report says on Feb. 21, 2014, Mendez and Fillion encountered 22-year-old Clarence Berry after a man said Berry had robbed him and had a handgun.

Good, getting so sick of the cops getting tossed under the bus!

It was a good shoot. I am as well sick of cop bashing. It is not as fun as t.v. makes it. Do a ride along people see the real world they live in
