I don't understand why the county won't stop the show. Its not safe. And putting more attention to the civic center and surrounding areas with plow and salt resources instead if sending them out into the county makes no sense.

You are correct. We are free do do as we want. However it seems that it would be a better judgment call for the county to say no, let's not have people waste their money or risk their and their families lives. Give tickets costs back to those who used their brains and didn't come then. The people of the shore aren't used to this. It is to dangerous for most to drive in.
