I see Chincoteague's downtown merchants are revitalizing their downtown with their own money and actions. Of course, there are merchants there since there are no parking meters to keep customers out. Just like Berlin, Cambridge, & Easton.
Meanwhile, this new Salisbury budget is spending money on new and improved parking meters.

I think he has some kind of STD that is playing havoc with his brain. Didn't Al Capone die with something like this??? It just proves his crazy actions over the last few years and his instability to govern.
