Joe, wow, this is one of the worst things I've seen in a long time. Two cops hovering over someone as they are and then one feels the need to punch and punch and punch. Two of them can't subdue the perp without punching him in the face? These are trained officers? Really? If every cop that reads this blog doesn't take a stand against this type of action, isn't disgusted and embarrassed by this then I hope you all burn in hell. Isn't any wonder cops are so disrespected, you had better clean up your house.
Totally justified! Drunk girl, refusing to do as legally ordered, creating a potential danger due to mob reaction for the LEOs trying to establish peace. These children need to learn that when a person of authority tells you to obey a lawful request you do it. You'll pay the consequences otherwise.

No, it isn't totally justified, several points.... 1) With two officers present, and not forgetting their training, should have had the suspect in cuffs without having to resort to unwarranted punching. 2) Once this "person of authority" belted out the F-word to all the bystanders, having lost his "military bearing", all authority give to him is out the window, they have now stooped down to everyone else's level. 3) the incident is now being investigated by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Department anyway. 4) the same undercover cop was defendant in 2012 for another brutality complaint and it was settled out of court. Seems to be another hothead. End of story, I'm right, you're wrong. What say you fellow officers?

It's horrible how these cops think that they can just tee off on you as if they have the moral clarity and authority to beat the snot out of you. They just wait for you to trigger their thug response knowing they'll get away with it.
These actions and attitudes are the majority mindset of the FOP and most mercenary police.
These actions and attitudes also result in cops and their families being targeted for revenge, then they act like innocent victims! "Oh! We were just doing what we were ordered and followed protocol and our extensive training."
The fact is, most cops are pathological.
WE already have a police state. 646 is a cop that's the way they do . They are bunch of cowards. That wait until you are handcuff and jump on you like a pack of DOGS.(PUNKS)
