They are charging them with assault?
The story is vague. It could've lost its brakes. If I had to choose between a cop car and a car with a family and I lost my brakes......to protect and serve right officers?
And assault ? The car was empty.
Destroying two police cars to get back at the cops, which will be paid for by the citizens to replace=irony.
One hassle too many?
