The Smyrna man, Cortez A. Hamilton, waived his extradition hearing in Indiana and has been brought back to Delaware on Thursday, January 22, 2015.
Cortez A. Hamilton was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2 on the following charges: Assault 1st degree, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare.
The Delaware State Police continue to investigate and coordinate search efforts for missing female Keisha S. Hamilton, 35 year old Smyrna woman, while the Gold Alert remains active.
