IT WILL AFFECT ANYONE UNDER 80 AS U AN 70 I AM LIVID! It includes an amnesty for Pres Obama so Boehner has both parties set to vote YES. The PENSION CUTS hit ANYONE with a pension truck drivers, health care workers, UPS drivers, construction workers! It takes away a retirees a SENIOR CITIZENS CIVIL RIGHTS destroying pension rights granted 40 years ago.
