What a wonderful story and what a great guy Makes one wonder if one would do the same thing.
Stupid liberal.
Ducks caught under the ice is a fairly common occurrence. They drink, preen, feed, etc. in open patches of water. When something attacks or scares them, they dive under the water. When they come up for air it is not always in an ice free area and they are trapped under the ice.
Like i said stupid liberal.
