Hello Joe, Mr.
Pollitt simply can not believe he didn't win this election. He was so sure that
he was going to win that - once again - after the election he was going to stick it
to the taxpayers again with more debt. 16.25 million this time in more bonds - (click onto link). And
again, the only way to keep paying for this debt is to raise the taxes more and
create new taxes. This is the way he's always done things.
Does anyone remember
around January 2012, I believe was the date, when Pollitt and his sidekick came
to the Council and said you simply have to approve this 7 cents tax hike before
the county budget is even presented? Kind of sounds like that Democrat House
member Nancy Pelosi who made that famous statement that I believe will go down
in history as the dumbest statement ever spoken by a politician anywhere in the
world, "We have to sign the bill in order to see what's in it". And another
reminder of the way some Democratic leaders like to present things, like Obama
Care on a Friday afternoon when everyone was leaving to go on Christmas brake I
believe. Well, Mr. Pollitt, always true to his party, presented this 16.25 million
dollar bill to the County Council - at the eleventh hour - around this past Friday and simply
wants them to sign off on it at today's council meeting. I believe Mr. Pollitt
has been taking advice from Obama's health care architect - Jonathan Grubber - who believes all
Americans are stupid. Well Mr. Pollitt, I don't believe Wicomico voters are
stupid. You're out, County Executive Elect Bob Culver is in. County Council
Members please keep this resolution from going anywhere until the new Council
has had a chance to go over it thoroughly. Good luck County Executive Culver and
new County Council. The People are watching.

It seems as though the older I get the more I am aware of the depth of corruption in and around Wicomico. It is obvious even to the blind.

Right he lost the election.
He lost because voters don't condone his policies. So I suppose its going to be "Hurry up and ram this through" while he still has the opportunity. 100% BS and should be illegal. Scumbag politics at it's finest!
The Pollitt administration, which includes surrogate Matt Holloway, are trying to screw over Bob Culver. If all those involved don't think the public doesn't see that, they are just as delusional as when they thought Pollitt would win. Your games are over. Just because you have an "R" next to your name, doesn't mean you get a pass or are trusted. MHolloway, Hall and Cannon have shown their RINO colors in the past. They are fools to think that will work in this new climate. The people are behind Culver. Wise up and act like Republicans and support the County Executive instead of disrespecting him.
