If the goal was to raise awareness for the Special Olympics, why were local residents so taken aback by the mysterious convoy? Would anyone be surprised to learn that this was a cover for transporting something that officials wanted to hide from the public?

I have heard and ridden on Interstate 64 but have never heard of "Highway" 64. someone needs to do their homework
Definitely hiding something from the public - Special Olympics my foot.
Not a mystery. Delaware had one of these Special Olympic convoys Oct 4th. I saw FedEx, Walmart, and Perdue to name a few who were in the convoy. Also many local fire trucks, dump trucks, garbage trucks, flat beds, buses, large tow trucks, from local business. About 130 trucks started and ended at the Harrington Fair Grounds. The police escorted the convoy. All truck drivers and law enforcement volunteered their time. The truck Drivers have to raise at least $100 to be in the convoy
the end of america is coming and they are stockpiling food and water and stuff in the underground tunnels they have...
there is a REASON for the convoy and cops protecting them...
