School cops caught on video restraining high school girl and kneeling on her 'for using her cellphone'

A cellphone video of Houston school district officers holding down a screaming young woman at a high school is stirring up controversy on social media sites and prompting an investigation.

The brief video clip shows a female student lying on the hallway floor with two officers holding her down by kneeling at her head and feet, while a third stands over her.

The woman is heard screaming in protest, but it's unclear what she's saying. Comments on social media sites suggested the woman was pinned down for using her cellphone.

The kids in school's are crazy these days. Maybe she was fighting or doing something where she needed to be restrained. Just because people say it was because of a cell phone doesn't mean its true.

Thank you for stating the non-obvious. If the police did it then it was legal. Right?

They made the teen girls kneel on their knees so they could make a choice on rather to get arrested or satisfy the officer, and get off.
