Good idea maybe instead of a $35000 bike lane from slum berry university they can use this to take the college punks to the great Downtown of slums bury md.
Anything to cut down on the BO.
They already have the fountain in the park.

It's all fun and games until someone gets shot.
West side already has their pool, and a nice one at that, put something on east or north side for everyone else.
