Industrial Accident Chicken House Caroline County

DATE & TIME: 08/04/2014 @ 2021 hours CASE NUMBER: 14-MSP-024642

LOCATION: 26630 Chipmans Ln. Federalsburg, Caroline County, Maryland

INCIDENT: INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT

The Maryland State responded to the above address on the above date/time to investigate an industrial accident.

Robert Everett of Seaford, Delaware was operating a 1998 Freightliner. For reasons unknown, Greg O’Neal of Blades, Delaware became entrapped under the rear wheels of the truck as it was moving forward, causing fatal injuries. O’Neal was working for Unicon, Inc. a poultry handling and transportation company,  headquartered in Marshville, North Carolina. Emergency medical personnel responded, but Mr. O’Neal was dead at the scene. A representative from (MOSHA) Maryland Occupational Safety and Health responded to the scene.

VICTIM: Greg Scott O’Neal, 20 years old, of Blades, Delaware

Great, MOSH going to show why they are the most worthless, corrupt, extorting state department.

MOSH should visit Wicomico and somerset county. Never see their workers using safety equipment, just a matter of time before someone gets hurt or killed.
