Bouncing back is a broad term, has there been an uptick? Yes in certain areas of the county, count out any city because no one wants to pay the taxes and have crappy school choices.

That's a bunch of crap , I for one keep up with the prices and sales.
Example , this is a fact , a home I know of was priced at $265,000
in 2008 , now it can't be sold for $140,000 . How do I know , it's my home.

Watch out! That bouncy house might get caught up in a tornado, blow around and land in Oz.

I will be needing one of those soon.Looks like it has air conditioning!

Inflated prices... Perfect! There's no "surge" or"upstroke" they talk about. Yeah, buying up foreclosed junk. And they're all overpriced.

All Jim Ireton cares about is working for the weekend so he can haul ass to Rehoboth Beach as soon as he can. He loves the beach at that place.

Vote:

Culver
Kilmer
Dodd
J. Holloway

Matt Holloway is a Democrat registered as a Republican and his special interest is getting the state to give him money for his land.

John Cannon is in bed with the Slum lords and the Democrats so that is a toss up.

I am not sure, but maybe Muir Boda would have been a better choice.

At least if the rubber house deflates we won't have to wait for 4 years to tear it down. Condemmed houses sit for years and years, foreclosed houses even longer, and the houses have weeds growing so high it is an attempt to hide them!

I have firm belief that the truth has been twisted so badly it is false. Short and Sweet LIE.
My house has been renovated with solid updates and is in a "crappy location" as per the realtor, it is priced below market value and I can't sell it. How is the lack of buyer not only in my area an indication things are better. Sorry to bother anyone but my opinion on the head line can read Up Yours.
