The bodies showed signs of beating and torture and "we believe they were members of a criminal gang," the official said, declining to be named.
Photographs showed the bodies strung, with their hands tied, along a wide road bridge in the border city in northeast Mexico, across from Laredo, Texas, in a typical sign of score-settling between drug gangs.
A large banner hung nearby with a message alluding to gang disputes.
There were scenes of panic as road users first saw the bodies, which police reports said had been strung up early Friday.

Interesting.. I've crossed this bridge a number of times in the 1990s and it is a fairly short bridge with American Police on one end and Mexican police on the other end. Someone had to be able to see them do this... Drug cartels run Mexico now and it is no joke as this Administration has opened the boarders to them and they are moving here. 11:48 says they might move in next door to you.. Hummm, They may already be there. Maryland is a safe state and the OweMalley Administration has put you and your family a great risk. They are here, have you been to the Salisbury Mall latterly or to Wallmart (north or south).. Don't hire them and stop doing business with businesses who do.
They have been in Smallsbury for years. First the poultry industry and now Owemalley has made them welcome no matter how violent. Anything for a vote right Marty.
