Woman’s Eyes “Blown to Pieces” by Cop With Gunpowder Powered Pepper Gun

“Her eyeballs were literally blown into pieces, and the person who did this was a police officer.”

Monique Hernandez was pulled over in February of 2012 by Beaumont police officer, Enoch Clark. When Clark attempted to subdue Hernandez, he said she ‘resisted.’

Although the dashcam footage tells a different tale, Clark said that in order to get her in handcuffs, he had to use his department-issued JPX gunpowder-propelled pepper spray weapon and fire it less than a foot away from her face.

The gunpowder powered JPX Pepper Gun launches OC (pepper spray) at 405 mph.

Police officers and Department heads as well as community leaders do not even care that police reports and statements do not even come close to the truth anymore!
EVEN in the face of obvious and overwhelming contradicting video evidence of LIES and FABRICATION they still say the "officer was using dept. protocol and relied on his/her training to subdue the violent suspect". (when the suspect is 90 years old and in a wheelchair!)
It is neither constitutional nor anything close to resembling true justice anymore.
These mercenaries are nothing more than sadistic bullies and need to be dealt with by the community as it's obvious they are in violation of the law and it's intent and the Government will do nothing to stop it.
This "officer" should be hung by a posse as should any officer that commits such an egregious violation of extreme use of unwarranted force.
Off with their heads!

Agreed with 9:26 its high time we start making sure we hold these clowns accountable... Thats why people all over the USA have been going around videotaping all cops interactions with people to make sure they do nothing wrong to at least the few lucky people who get there back covered by the tape...

Thats why cops and the like try to make it illegal and say wiretapping laws this and that to get you to not video them because they do harm people for the fun of it... And in this case excessively...

They question is what are you all going to do about it? sit back and let it happen because it doesn't affect you? YET because it will soon enough...
