530 beat me to it. 55 saves money, thats about it. These guys aren't concerned about safety, it's all about easy money.
I wish they'd run radar between Snow Hill Rd. & Rt. 50 on the northbound side of Rt 13 bypass. Those crotch rockets go flying at full throttle. They think it's "Raceway Park".
20 years ago the map was making 30 mil a year doing this on rt 50. Wonder how much that amount is today. They will never raise that speed limit. Easy money bring in the cherry picker, glad all other crime in this state has been stamped out,

I got a warning.
Stopping the vehicle going a few miles per hour over the limit allows the MSP to interrogate the occupants and the conduct a search of vehicle. Either the officer claims to smell alcohol/pot or the K9 is called in and sits on command to allow a search. Ask Mike Lewis, he is the king of the bypass.

Because we have a right to know. If YOU don't want people to know, DON'T DO IT!
They do this every day usually in the morning during the week.
I live in Berlin and I dont really speed (have never received a ticket) but this is exactly why I stopped going to Salisbury to shop. They are there all the time. I just go to Delaware now. (plus, no sales tax)

I LOVE it when the police lecture "we, the people" about obeying the law. Its like a crackhead telling you not to do drugs. Or a cop telling you not to murder, rape, rob, and steal....
Is there a SINGLE cop who thinks the speed limit applies to them? Or ANY law, for that matter? That straight stretch of road where they set radar up is an invitation to do 65 (which was the original speed limit until politicians decide to lower it, for "safety"). And REVENUE.
"Just do the speed limit"?, huh? coming from people who never do that? Leadership comes from EXAMPLE. Not hypocritical lecturing.
