Why would anyone waste their money on going to college?

For a real job. Most of us don't want to be low on the totem pole for all of our career. Only educated or butt kissers get promoted and I am not a butt kisser.

4:32 Tell me how a college degree is working out for kids today.

Experience at a skilled trade is far better than a piece of paper, every time.

learn a trade, earn a living, then become a pro(go to college or professional school)
It's a magic formula that works.

If I had ever planned on going to college I wouldn't go without some guarantee of a job upon completion.

You bottom feeders are to clueless to understand the purpose of a college education.

There is a difference in learning a trade and getting a degree. There is a difference in training vs. education.

You commenters are obviously blue collar workers.

@540 You sound like a snob. Oh I have a college education I have a good white collar job. The blue collar jpbs seem to be the good paying jobs. What is the difference between learning a trade or getting an education? Not a whole lot. You are learning something.vSome just take longer than others.
