Just a thought: I think you can blame Clinton for beginning this embarrassing lack of decorum of the Presidents (and subsequently the Vice-Presidents). It's what I call the "Rockstar Presidency". Obama's swagger; Biden's lack of couth... Think about it: When's the last time we've felt really proud to be an American. Our leaders set the mood. So sad.
