Salisbury Zoo Gets Donation From Salisbury Immediate Care

Salisbury, MD - In October, the employees of Salisbury Immediate Care & Injury and the Center for Women’s Health, both located at 659 S. Salisbury Blvd. in Salisbury, teamed up and held a pumpkin decorating contest. Patients and visitors from both centers had the opportunity to vote for their favorite pumpkin.

On Halloween, the votes were tallied and the winning team elected the Salisbury Zoo to receive the winning donation.

"We are proud to support the Salisbury Zoo and the vital role it plays in our community," said Maureen Johnson, Marketing at Salisbury Immediate Care & Injury Center. “I hope that other businesses involve their employees and customers when giving back to the community this holiday season”.

If you would like to make a donation, please mail a check to the Salisbury Zoo, P.O. Box 2979, Salisbury, MD 21802, attn: Mary Seemann or go to salisburyzoo.org to securely pay by credit card.
