A fine looking crop of Wico. Co. citizens. I am sure all graduates of the "system". What we need here is Sheriff Joe from Arizona. Take Winterplace Park and turn it into a detention center. Put up some surplus tents, a couple spot a pots. Give them pink D.O.C. uniforms (after all it is breast cancer awareness month, kool aid and bologna, and most of all put them on a chain gang. Don't forget to sign them up for Obamacare.

Gee, Brandt has been in the Maryland court system 34 times since 2003. But I am sure he is just a misunderstood citizen who is a victim of the system. Where are Rev's Jesse and Al, who must come to Salisbury and hold a march for Brandt to rectify the wrongs of the judicial system. Bring on Sheriff Joe.
