Resume:
Camden, DE- Delaware State Police detectives have arrested a Camden-Wyoming man in connection with allegedly raping a 15 year old female.

The investigation into the incidents began on April 30, 2013 when the victim, who’s now 21 years old, came forward and disclosed to detectives about a past relationship she had with her uncle. The investigation revealed, Jason S. Anker would pick up the victim and her two siblings from their residence in New Castle County and bring them back to his house in Camden-Wyoming where he would care and supervise them for various weekends starting back in October of 2008. During that time, Anker began committing lewd acts with the then 15 year old female which then led to an intimate relationship lasting until she was 17 years old.

On Monday June 17, 2013, detectives executed a search warrant in the 600 block of Wynn Wood Circle where Anker resides. A plethora of teen based pornography was located and seized along with several computers. Anker was not at the house during the search, but was later taken into custody and transported back to Troop 3 where he was processed and arraigned on the above listed charges. He was committed to JTVCC on $265,000.00 secured bond and to have no contact with any children under the age of 18.

Because of the sensitivity of this case, and in consideration of the victim, only limited information will be released.

did I read that right? They had a relationship from the time she was 15 until she was 17? Then she turned 21 and calls the cops 4 years later?

Perv, or rapist and the rest of the bigotry aside, shouldn't the girl be held accountable as well? I mean first, the age of consent is or was 16... not to mention they were together for 2 years from her being 15 to she was 17... Then she waited 4 years after that to call the cops? seriously?

What I think was, she wanted something and didn't get it and turned the cards and used the famous statement "I will just call the cops"...

I mean the girl allowed it to happen for 2 years, then calls the cops 4 years after the relationship ended... Something to me doesn't seem right...

this is by no means defending the perv who did this, but she should have said something from day one, or after the relationship ended yet it was 4 years after? Why? also you all do know how easy it is for any one women to ruin any one guys life just by making the accusation of rape or anything similar? whether it happened or not it is extremely easy...

This is not to put down women either, but god damn give me a break... It is so easy to ruin a life by making false claims that things don't even get investigated... Women says "whatever"; Man denies "whatever"; Cops don't look into the matter; Man in jail...

The guy is still a perv and in the wrong, but women should take responsibility for their actions... You allowed it to happen so therefore you are part of the problem... I also think the law should be changed because anyone at any time can make fake claims 1 year to 50 years later and the person still has their life ruined...

NOT SAYING THIS IS THE CASE but sometimes it is...

I know of someone who had their life ruined because someone he worked with wanted to date him and all he wanted was sex or nothing and she couldn't handle that so she staged a scene and called the cops on rape when there was no rape... yet the mans life was ruined and the woman who lied to cops and to the courts had nothing happen to her...

3:52 PM ..do yourself a favor and do some reading up on the subject because it is hard enough for a victim to come forward and even harder for the evidence to support an arrest. How do you think the sick doctor at the beach got away with so much for years. One case of crying wolf does not make all perverts innocent.
