Eastern Shore Landlord Accused Of Setting Fire As Tenants Slept

Wow. Would that be their eviction notice?

Feel bad for them, the tenants rights are greater than landlords now. THey can break a landlord by living in the house for a year before they get finally evicted. Not saying he was right but the laws are rediculous anymore.

How many people lived in their foreclosed homes for two years rent, mortgage free before FINALLY being told to leave. NO business can operate that way, thanks to all the worthless rules made up by RICH lawyers.

how horrible. 9:50, you're not saying he was right? HELLO - he set a house on fire knowing that human beings were inside. Don't try to make this a pro-business or anti "47%" rant. You need help.

if you look this landlord up in MD case search he seems like quite a piece of work

No indication on MD case search that this was a landlord/tenant dispute gone on too long and then gone bad but indication on there that the landlord is a shady character-reckless and irresponsible.

How long before he moves to the 'bury?

Is the "'bury" trademarked now? Am I in trouble?

What a pathetic assumption that they were in default on their lease. Why, because they are Latino? They both have worked for me for five years and they are good hardworking people. The dispute centered around them wanting to get another house. Landlord wanted them there for the money they paid. So if he sets the house on fire, collects the insurance before they leave in the hopes it would be pinned on them? Not sure, but they also had two very wonderful children he tried to kill
