Baywater Animal Rescue Hires Christina Kimerle As Operations Manager



Cambridge, MD -- Baywater Animal Rescue is pleased to announce its recent hire of Christina Kimerle, who will join their team as Operations Manager. Within this role, Ms. Kimerle will oversee all shelter operations. “I was attracted by Baywater Animal Rescue’s vision to be a regional No Kill shelter in Maryland,” Ms. Kimerle said. “I believe my experience will be very helpful in accomplishing that.” Christina comes to Baywater Animal Rescue with several years of experience in animal welfare and exotic animal rescues. Most recently, Ms. Kimerle worked as executive director for the St. Charles Humane Society in Missouri. There, she led community outreach efforts, including fund-raising, event planning, creating marketing and social media materials, as well as, staff development. This background has helped Christina to make an easy transition into her current position with Baywater Animal Rescue. “I intend to apply my leadership experience and communication skills to help Baywater Animal Rescues’ staff and volunteers exceed our goals for saving companion animals,” Ms. Kimerle said.
