Pocomoke Robbery

INCIDENT: Armed Robbery

SUSPECT: Described as an African American Male, approximately 5’-11”, wearing a Black Jacket, pants and bandana covering his face, suspect displayed a black handgun

NARRATIVE:

On March 13, 2013 at 12:09 A.M. the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation (W.C.B.I.) was requested by the Pocomoke Police Department to assist them with an investigation into an alleged reported Armed Robbery occurring at the Plaza Tapatia Restaurant, 1621 Ocean Highway, Pocomoke, Maryland.

Detectives learned through interviews with the victim and a witness to the Armed Robbery that the victim was approached as he was entering his vehicle after closing the business for the evening. The suspect was described as an African American male, approximate height as 5’-11”, wearing a Black jacket, pants and bandana/mask covering his face. The suspect displayed a dark colored handgun and demanded money from the victim. The suspect had stolen an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim and fled on foot, South from the restaurant.

Pocomoke Police and Worcester County Sheriff’s Office utilized their K-9 dogs to initiate a K-9 scan tracking the direction the suspect fled.

Yep - not enough he's probably feeding from the public trough every month anyway, he's got to go out & rob a person actually working and trying to make a living.
