Procession Escorts Ex-Navy SEAL Kyle To Burial

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — After a 200-mile journey, former Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle was buried Tuesday in Austin as his family members and fellow SEALS looked on amid the sounds of drums and bagpipes.

A giant Texas flag flew at half-staff over the Texas State Cemetery as Kyle was laid to rest. Kyle, considered to be the deadliest sniper in U.S. military history, was killed along with a friend earlier this month while at a North Texas gun range.

A white hearse carrying Kyle's flag-draped coffin was among 200 vehicles in a procession that left Tuesday morning from Kyle's hometown of Midlothian, about 25 miles southwest of Dallas, to travel to Austin. Many motorists pulled to the side of roads to watch the procession that included motorcycles, motor coaches, police cruisers and other vehicles.

Great job Texas! Not even a mention, or lowering of the flag for this great man. Yet, we honor a crack head who OD'ed.

He was taken out by eh govt because we will be in a civil unrest soon or what you call a revolution and you don't want the "deadliest man in the world" to come for you...

Thank you for your service and for the programs you set up Kyle... They will help many others down the road...

Always remember that it is people like this that made it OK FOR YOU TO RUN YOUR MOUTH and to live off the govt whilst the rest of us people actually work.... The govt can't even except this and they send these people into harms way and then try to take rights from us...

Goodbye to a psychopath who took pleasure in killing other human beings.

Goodbye to a real American who fought for his country. He is a real hero and I admire him.

11:17, Chris Kyle was overseas killing people who would gladly murder you and your family without thinking twice. You should show some respect, people like him are the reason you can play angry birds all day while collecting unemployment.
